In our opinion, Jessica is a professional of the highest order. She is always quick to respond, understands the patient and family needs, communicates expertly and does so with such a warm manner. Jessica gives us the the time we need to discuss concerns. She builds the confidence we need to continue with our normal day-to-day lives, knowing that our daughters care is very much in the safest of hands.

Have spoken to our son and he says Jessica is always clear, calm and reassuring. Son has a very rare condition and Jessica had to seek information and research from different sources. Always kept us up to date on latest news and information. Always feel part of the decision making process on what is a very complex and emotional process.

Although Jessica isn't my daughters consultant. We had the pleasure of her on a Friday on day ward when my daughter came in for her chemotherapy. We have met in the pass since my daughters diagnosis with a brain tumor in 2018. All encounters have been well informed, kind hearted and put at ease. Any questions you have she answers with honesty, warmth and respect. Jessica always makes my daughter feel well cared for while in the hospital. My daughter commented on how lovely Jessica was when we got into the play room after seeing her. It's wonderful having a Doctor that can put you at ease and feel like you can talk to easily when your child is going through something rather rubbish.

When we first meet dr Jessica bate it was a bit of a blur when our son was first diagnosed with a wilms tumour Once on the ward at Piam brown Jessica and her team were fantastic they support you and explain everything so clearly. Jessica would keep us informed all the time and was with us every step of the way absolutely fantastic and a great credit to the hospital We can’t thank her and the all team enough

We were amazed reading some of the reviews on this site about Jessica as they are so accurate, we could of happily Copy and Pasted their review and had it as our own. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable, competent and efficient at what she does. She has huge compassion and never makes you feel rushed. She goes above and beyond and we always felt our Son's care was in the best hands with Jessica. We were impressed, by the end of our stay in hospital Jessica had not only shown an interest in our Son's siblings but she had also learnt all four of their names before she even met them. Jessica will always fight for what's best for the patient rather than feeling like you are on a conveyor belt. We are so grateful to have Jessica as our consultant and in charge for the care of one of our most treasured joys in life. Thank you Jessica.
