Wow, what an amazing woman!. We love Jessica and feel very lucky to have her looking after our daughter in this difficult time. She brings a perfect mix of depth of knowledge, experience, compassion and care. She always takes the time to listen to our questions or concerns and give full and balanced responses. This means we feel confident that we have all the information as it becomes available and are able to maintain a balanced and positive outlook. Jessica always makes herself physically and emotionally available and has formed a lovely connection with us and our daughter. We feel supported and confident that our daughter is getting the best care available. I don't have suggestions for areas of improvement. Just thanks and keep following your passion.
