From the beginning of the procedure, Ms Pappa has been very supportive and and explained process and impact of the jaw surgery prior to the surgery clearly which eased my and my family's anxiousness and concerns. After the surgery and during my recovery, Ms Pappa continuously communicated to see how I was, which I found very touching and kept me reassured and content about my condition. Any time, I needed advice, she would respond very efficiently. Any concerns we had, Ms Pappa will always provide reassurance and comfort and would always explain the situations.
