When I first visited Miss Dhariwal a year ago, the waiting room was not a good place to be. People were sitting on the floor in the corridors, probably because most if not all appointments were running very late. It was dirty, sticky seats and generally had a air of " we don't care". Not the impression you want when you feel poorly. Miss Dhariwal , also running quite late, listened and made me feel she cared about my problem. She explained what she thought was happening and the way we would proceed. Since my first visit the waiting room is a revelation and the cleaners deserve a big pat on the back. It is no longer crowded which has to be because appointment times are being more or less being achieved. Miss Dhariwal continues to listen, explains her thoughts and tells you how we will proceed in the future. The treatment is working and I'm happy. In conclusion, Miss Dhariwal listens, tells you her diagnosis and explains how she will go forward. She is very professional and I wish her well for the future.
