Amy was interested and listened really carefully. She explained everything really clearly and encouraged me to ask questions which she was happy to answer. She gave background information which gave me a better idea of my health. She was down to earth, had a sense of humour and showed genuine concern for my health and situation. She was supportive and has send follow-up information that has been useful and reassuring.It was genuinely really pleasant to meet her.
