I visited the RAU today at 1400. i was seen straight away by Dr Sharma. He introduced himself and shook my hand. He listened to my story and made notes. He was attentive and caring. i felt extremely comfortable and confident with him. He was careful in his explanation of my potential diagnosis, but also made it clear that he wasn't a respiratory specialist and therefore wasn't able to fully answer my questions. I liked that as he wasn't trying to be something that he wasn't qualified or experienced in.
I cannot make any suggestions as to how he could improve his patient contact. I would happily see him again and trust him to look after me or any of my family
