Dr Sharma was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. He listened to everything my Mother said and picked up on little things she said and asked further questions. He included myself in all conversations. He was also very polite to the nurse in his clinic.
A very kind considerate man with great patience, my Mother was never rushed and was made to feel at ease. He explained everything that he was doing and what he was going to do for her for the future.
Mum said that she actually enjoyed the experience of seeing Doctor Sharma, this is a big accolade for my Mum.
