I have been a patient at the Vine Medical Centre since moving to Molesey in 2002. My visits, of which there have been many and continue to be, have always been greeted with friendly, helpful, motivating advice. I have found Doctor Rowe to be caring, sympathetic and 100% professional and committed in her approach, as are the other Doctor’s within this practice. I feel that Doctor Rowe knows and understands me which help’s in treating the problems I have reported with. The treatment, advice and encouragement I have received has helped me enormously over the years, which I am and always will be truly appreciative of. Doctor Rowe listens to me, which is very important and treats me with complete respect and understanding. The Reception staff ‘the front line’ which is always a challenging position to have in any work place, I have always found to be helpful, friendly and professional. The Clinics provided within this Practice some of which I have visited, have again provided a professional service and treatment. A lot GP Surgeries, not just the Vine, within Surrey and possibly further afield, are very much hamstrung by governing bodies, pulling the strings and restricting budgets etc. Yet this - our Practice, with its Doctors and other staff, still do their up-most and very best to provide us with a good service regardless of these restrictions and difficulties. Thank you – Doctor Rowe and the Vine Medical Centre for providing excellent care - long may it continue.
