He phoned me up to ask my symptoms and then made an appointment to see him straight away. He met me at the waiting room door and made me comfortable in his surgery where he did the necessary tests to establish whether I had any problems. He arranged an ECG and this was done at once. He advised me of my health issues and recommended a solution which I was happy to accept. This is where a local GP and the NHS comes up trumps. As far as I can see this Doctor and the practice do not need to improve the service as it is excellent.
