First time seeing the dr Consultation had started with a telephone call , dr was very engaging and listened to my concerns. This prompted him to do a face to face to listen to my chest. When attending the surgery I was seen at the given time . The dr listened again to my history and engaged in conversation I felt the course of antibiotics and chest x ray was a very thorougher conclusion to this appointment

I found this doctor very efficient, calm and patient. I was very anxious and he put me at ease. He looked at me and listened carefully as I explained my problem. He explained exactly what the examination entailed and was very careful and efficient in carrying it out. He then told me what the problem was and how he wanted to treat it and why. I came out feeling much better and confident - the sort of doctor I would have liked as the family doctor.

Excellent doctor. Took the time to explain with the limited time he had things I was concerned about. Understood that peace of mind is valuable and has sent me for an 2nd ultrasound. Night and day compared to the previous doctor I saw, who dismissed me after 60 seconds. Even apologised for previous care at Sorrell Group Practice, which had nothing to do with him. Only downside (nothing to do with the doctor), everything outside the waiting room can be heard and vice versa. Please get better fitting doors so that private conversations can remain private. Thanks again.
