Was very apprehensive arriving at unit, due to previous traumatic experience, so much so that BP was very elevated. Doctor took his time explaining the procedure and put me at ease by assuring me of adequate sedation. Afterwards confirmed in a caring and considerate manner that procedure had been a success. Would further add that all nurses and staff in the unit are a credit to the hospital and their profession.
