Dr Alwan is a thorough and consummate professional who I trust implicitly. He listens, and has a manner which is friendly polite and inspires confidence. He explains everything and the only downside is that he is sometimes hard to get an appointment with, as he is extremely popular. I would not see any other Doctor unless in an emergency, and even then would think long and hard about it.

Listens, sympathetic, very patient, very good "bedside" manner. Thinks about your problem, does not send you away with a quick prescription, like others can do.

Dr Alwan always makes me feel at ease, and listen's to what I have to say and asks questions pertinent to the problem you have gone to see him about.

He is a caring doctor who listens to your needs .Advises me with all aspects of illness I have and does not merely gives me prescription and sends me out of the door. but explain s to me if medicine is required or not .
Takes you in at the right appointment time.
Sends me reminders about my regular blood tests to be taken.
flue jabs reminders as well
Sends me reminders of appointment times one day before it is due.
Overall 5 stars.
