Dr arief understood how my physical health had impacted on my mental health. He was patient and compassionate and listened alto what I wanted as well as offering guidance on managing my mental health. One of the best Doctors I have seen in my many years as a patient.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a GP. He is very knowledgeable and clearly researches the needs of his patients. Today I received a follow up call from him regarding a recent appointment that I had as he wanted to check my progress. I have never had this before and I was pleasantly surprised by the care and attention that is all too often missing in these situations. Thank you for the support Dr Arief.

Dr Syed Arief is a caring and an effective listener, he showed understanding and empathy, Dr syed also makes follow up calls which is very helpful and makes it a lot easier to share my frustration and concerns,in helping me care for my partner who is in crisis with his mental health, from my partners point of view he found talking to Dr syed very helpful and thought all of the above.
