The first time meeting Dr Arief and I really liked how he was with my son and myself. I like the fact that he would like more information to fill out a referral so the team can see why it is needed and I liked how thorough he was with the appointment it wasn't rushed like how some are by other doctors he took his time with us which showed me that he cares and is passionate about his profession with helping patients get what they need. This was my first time meeting Dr Syed Arief. I came away feeling very pleased with how the appointment went. I felt listened to and I had things about my condition explained to me in a way I understood. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt understood. Dr Arief later sent a nice text message thanking me for how I opened up to him along with 3 links to different information about the issues we had talked about. If all his patients are treated like this he will be an asset to his profession.
