Today was my first face-to-face consultation with Dr Syed Arief. Ever conscious of both my own time frame and Dr Arief's busy surgery, I insured, that, I kept to the point for answers to my medical concerns to be addressed. Within no time at all, Dr Arief, had addressed all of my my questions exhibiting excellent listening skills, clear and direct advise that was easy for me to understand and further follow up links by text to take me to my next 'healing process'. Dr Arief's body language and eye contact throughout my consultation made me feel that I was being 'cared for' and of a genuine interest in both my mental and physical well-being. Whilst, I have no criticism towards any doctors or staff at my local surgery, Dr Arief's engagement and communication skills were par excellence. Indeed, today's consultation left me feeling that I had, had, a therapy session that left me feeling extremely positive. Thank you Dr Arief.
