Dr Buttner has been my GP for more years than she probably cares to remember! She has that wonderful attribute of being a doctor who listens carefully and will then have a discussion about the situation, options, etc. She is thoroughly professional and even manages to cope with my quirky sense of humour, which is a miracle in itself. What marks her out to me is that she always has my best interests at heart and goes to considerable lengths to pursue that. She is a great credit to the NHS in general and the New Wokingham Road practice in particular. MK.
