My first impression was a pleasant surprise as Dr Kochhar personally greeted me in the waiting area and escorted me to her consulting room. She was very approachable and had a personable yet professional attitude. She fully explained my type of skin cancer and answered all queries in everyday language. She fully explained the treatment and what reactions I could expect over the duration of the treatment. The treatment was fully successful and the follow up appointment very reassuring. I found her professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. Excellent medical representative.

Dr Kochhar
had lots of empathy and rapport when dealing with my Skin condition, and totally put me at my ease, even suggesting I started the treatment for this a little later, when she
found out I was attending my daughter's 40th birthday party. This showed great sensitivity and consideration, and made me feel valued as her patient.
Over the course of the 3 visits, she always fully put me at ease, and I have now been discharged fully confident that I can always contact her should any future complication arise.

Dr Kuchhar was friendly, kind and reassuring. I had a skin lesion on my face which was giving me concern, she examined it and assured me that it was not malignant and offered to remove it at her surgery.
I am very happy with the way I was promptly seen on each occasion.
