I have been seen by Dr Kochhar twice, once for a consultation , advice and treatment and again for a follow up review where, due to the success of the treatment advised, I was discharged from her care. On both occasions Dr Kochhar was polite, caring, understanding of my concerns and took her time to ensure that there were no questions left unanswered as regards my medical treatment. Her warm and friendly approach made my appointments " stress free "

Dr Kochhar was incredibly kind and friendly, she made me feel safe, comfortable and was sympathetic to my condition. She listened well to what i had to say and any concerns or questions i had. She made sure that she explained everything to me in a way that i could understand and i never felt embarrassed at any point. Overall i had a very positive and successful experience with Dr Kochhar and would happily see her again about any future health issues i have.

This surgery is a total shock to the system. First they phoned me and made an appointment. Then when I arrived I parked outside the building with no parking fees. On entering the calm and quiet waiting area I gave my name and took a seat. Exactly on time I was paged to go in. By now I was suffering first degree shock. This could not be an NHS unit....already it was far better than the private hospitals I have attended over the years. Dr Kochhar was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and spot on with diagnosis and treatment. A very, very good experience. Well done everybody at this practise.

An exceptional Dr. I was referred to Dr Kochhar by my GP in her roll as Community Dermatologist. She was very caring, understanding and professional. After making her diagnosis of two problems, she immediately contacted the Conquest Hospital where I had three operations in a very short space of time. It is with gratitude of her expertise, I have made a full recovery. In addition, she has been treating me for another minor skin problem and after a follow up appointment this week I have been discharged. My wife and I are extremely grateful to her and thank her sincerely, at the same time thanking Tierney Fraser for her friendliness and kind assistance with arranging appointments. A Team for the NHS.
