My first impression was a pleasant surprise as Dr Kochhar personally greeted me in the waiting area and escorted me to her consulting room. She was very approachable and had a personable yet professional attitude. She fully explained my type of skin cancer and answered all queries in everyday language. She fully explained the treatment and what reactions I could expect over the duration of the treatment. The treatment was fully successful and the follow up appointment very reassuring. I found her professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. Excellent medical representative.
