I was first given an appointment with Dr Kochhar as my regular doctor was unavailable - what a good thing it was to meet her and be treated by her. She listens, she asks questions, she examines you (imagine that!) and doesn't just fling medication at you, she tries to get to the root of the problem. My husband is a cancer patient and she is very understanding about the pressures this brings to the partner, and always asks after him and how we are dealing with the treatment process. She is professional, caring and I prefer to deal with her now whenever I need an appointment at the surgery.
