Dr Kandikattu has always been extremely welcoming, pleasant and jovial, whilst obviously very knowledgeable. He put me at ease throughout the whole procedure and spoke to me at every step to ensure I was comfortable and knew what the next 'phase' was. Really pleasant, very thorough and I thank him a lot for the care & attention I received.
