What absolutely amazing care I had today at Stamford hospital, could not fault it and would choose this hospital every time if I could! The doctor was extremely efficient, discussed the procedure, carried out the procedure and checked I was ok afterwards, no delays and very organised. The doctor was very thorough with his explanation, it wasn't rushed and everything explained, all questions answered, felt comfortable and safe straight away. In the theatre the doctor was kind, friendly and put me at ease checking I was ok every step of the way. I felt totally safe, he gained my trust immediately (and that's not easy!) Out of the doctors control totally but such a shame the wait for this appointment was 10 months!
