From the initial consultation the doctor explained everything very clearly, when I went in for my procedure the doctor came round to explain everything that was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable and informed. Throughout the procedure I felt totally at ease and in safe hands and was reassured through out, if future treatment is required I would be very happy to be treated by Dr Kandikattu again. And to top it off the doctor had a good sense of humour which also helped put me at ease with the procedure and eased my nerves. In addition to the Doctor all of the people involved in my care on the day were very very good.
