Dr Kandikattu explained the procedure fully and spoke to me throughout the procedure. He only continued with the procedure when I was ready and pain free. His manner was excellent and made me feel at ease. Once the procedure was finished he came to visit me on the ward to ensure I was ok and to explain what to expect after the procedure. Excellent bedside manner and came across as caring. I wouldn't hesitate in having further treatment with Dr Kandikattu. Excellent care.
