Dr Kandikattu explained everything to me before the procedure and told me everything that he was doing while performing the procedure so he made me feel relaxed and not worried at all. All the nurses and Dr Kandikattu were really lovely, I was looked after really well and in the future if I need another procedure I hope it will be Dr Kandikattu who performs it
