Dr Kandikattu handled my case professionally and caringly, from my initial appointment right through to the procedure. He explained extensively why I would need the injections and to which part of my back they would be administered. On the day of admission he went through things again and during the procedure was talking me through each step and very mindful that I was not in any pain during this time. I knew I was "in safe hands".
