We had a bumpy start but since then he has shown me nothing but kindness and care. I’m kept informed at every stage. His team are lovely and the whole ward has a nice open and friendly atmosphere; this must come from the top. The procedure has made such a difference in my life and allowed my mobility and fear of falling to improve. Thank you so much.
