i have been referred to Dr Subhash Kandikattu for problems with my arthritis in my spine, at the moment his treating me for the cervical area of the spine. The first time i met him was in October 2020 and i think he was about 3 minutes "late" for my appointment and he was so apologetic for being delayed ( which i told him was no problem at all 3 minutes is not a delay in my book, ive had way longer). In my consultation he went through the process of what he was suggesting to do for me in great detail. ( Facet joint injections ). On the day of my first injections ( in the right side of my neck) after being booked in by the nurses, i once again met Dr Kandikattu who went through the process that the procedure would take ( again in great detail ). I was then taken into the treatment room and just like Dr Kandikattu all the other staff are so polite and put you at ease. Then when the procedure began Dr kandikattu takes great care to not only ex-plane what he is doing all the time throughout the treatment he is also checking with you about your well-being. And when the procedure was finished he still checks on you to see if your OK right upto the time that i was leaving. In my opinion ive never been treated better by a Dr ( and ive only been seen by him twice, 3rd time coming end of February 2021 for the next injections). I highly recommend this Dr ( i wish id been under his care a lot sooner).
