Myself and elderly mother benefited from a really helpful video call today with Dr Le Maistre following a call to reception this morning. Discussed mums worsening condition which was reviewed thoroughly with effective questioning & listening skills and factoring in other similar related illnesses in the household (ie dad). He also took opportunity to widen discussion to complete a review on existing long term conditions and arranged to send out a home testing kit out to help with wider diagnosis in the community - this along with the prescribed meds provided mum and our family with reassurance she was in the best possible place continuing to receive treatment at home. Dr Le Maistre is knowledgeable and experienced - his advice and conculsions instil so much confidence in us. I care for elderly parents both with multiple conditions but De Le Maistre and his team at Langham Place always respond promptly and professionally and I know work tirelessly to provide best possible treatment to my parents and we are very grateful.
