The GP took the time to listen to my complex case seeking immediate advice when it was needed. She was not flippant to my issues and I felt like she really cared about my welfare, despite the appointment overunning she did not rush or become dismissive. I feel a lot better after being seen by her and my treatment is going in the right direction. She is a great asset to the NHS and the public as a whole.
