Very clear, precise and supportive. My wife, the patient, trusted him fully, Was also prepared to do the boring details himself, rather than delegating them to staff, eg phoning GP practice for an INR appointment and personally delivering the note requesting XRay. The entire department seemed to be working hard, and those whom we encountered were totally professional (in technical terms) and concerned to make the experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible for the patient.
