Simon is a highly pleasant individual who took time to listen to my issues and address them appropriately
A very approachable person, whom I had no difficulty understanding and he managed to clearly answer all of my concerns and questions, so that I was in no further doubt as to how to deal with my condition with current medical sulutions
He was also very aware of possible future treatments which may be coming available
I look forward to speaking to Simon as things progress
