Dr Nelstrop puts you at ease at all times. Takes time to listen and discuss any problem you may have, it is a pleasure to have a doctor you can talk to without feeling embarrassed. She is kind, patient and professional and if necessary will refer you to a specialist for tests, investigations and further treatment.
As a long standing patient of the practice I feel we are fortunate to have a doctor like Dr Nelstrop at Birchwood.
