Since teenage years I have been misunderstood and misdiagnosed by psychiatrists. I have always worked, had a family etc but life was often a huge effort with lots of difficult times. Now in my 50s I have finally received a diagnosis of ADHD which I know fits. The awareness that has brought plus the medication has been amazing. Even in a short while my self-esteem has gone up, I am much more at ease with myself, relationships have improved and I have started doing all sorts of new activities which were too hard before, eg joining a bookclub and being able to sit and listen to others without jumping in impulsively etc. Thank you Dr Mashru, this has been life changing.

Right from the start of the meeting Dr Mashru put me at ease with his relaxed and accepting manner. He is clearly very knowledgeable about his subject and made me feel comfortable to open up to him and important enough to be heard. I would recommend this Dr to anyone needing help and guidance with their ADHD symptoms.
