Dr. Mashru was very easy to talk to, very respectful and relaxed but also 100% professional and put me at ease from the beginning of the assessment. I had copious notes but didn't need them as he covered everything I wanted to discuss. I had expected to have to try and prove myself as having ADHD but felt no need to do this as it emerged naturally from my pre assessment forms and our conversation. I felt very supported and validated and was assured I could follow up with messages through the online portal if I had any concerns while waiting for titration. 10/10

Dr Mashru was really helpful and kind when I spoke with him. He helped me find the right medication for my adult ADHD which has been life changing. We tried a few different options and settled on one and Dr Mashru gave me all the information I needed to know before I started which made me feel confident going forward. Really happy with everything.

Dr Mashru made the process of treating my ADHD extremely simple. He was friendly, informative and supportive for the duration of my titration as was Jenni Usworth, the nurse prescriber. I cannot recommend them enough.

I've just had my post-titration meeting with Dr Mashru and as before it was a really positive and informative session. He is very easy to talk to and keeps a good balance of chatting about daily life in a relaxed manner with important aspects of my treatment/the serious bits. I am confident in his expertise and would recommend him to anyone being treated for ADHD.

I have had such a positive experience with Dr Mashru and his team, I cannot rate them highly enough. I was referred by my GP in August 2020. I have been assessed and diagnosed with primarily inattentive ADHD all in the comfort of my own home via video appointment in October 2020, and have completed titration as of today, April 2021. The whole service has been really reassuring and informative every step of the way both about ADHD and about the process of treatment. None of it would have been possible if it wasn't for Dr Mashru's really up to date evidence based care. As a woman of forty, and despite seeking help many times throughout my life, being off work and dropping out of college due to being unable to cope, on and off antidepressants, in and out of CBT, no other medical professional has put the pieces together before and got me the right treatment: stimulant medication. There have been massive improvements in my time keeping, my mood, my patience and my parenting. Basically I am a better happier version of myself and it's all down to being listened to and taken seriously by this lovely man. I would recommend his care 100%. I was started on medication with doses and timings titrated over a few months. I felt listened to and safely supported throughout. I have access to my patient record and appointments via the online secure portal and a lovely nurse named Carole has sorted out all my prescriptions to be delivered and made sure the side effects were manageable. The service has also been flexible with appointment times, essential when working around my work and family commitments.
