My assessment with Dr Shyamal Mashru was clear, informative, calm and reassuring. I was anxious that an assessment for adult ADHD would feel like an interrogation, and was nervous that I wouldn't remember everything I wanted to say or ask. I had nothing to worry about, as the whole session felt more like a chat. Dr Mashru explained clearly the basic facts behind ADHD, and when it came to diagnosis and potential medication, he answered all my questions directly and without judgement. I appreciated his approach, and felt reassured that I had been right to seek an assessment. Would happily recommend.
