Absolutely professional and yet so approachable. I was very nervous about my appointment but I was soon put at ease. Dr Mashru is calm, friendly and knowledgeable. What really stood out for me is that I felt like he was on my side and that he genuinely cared. I got absolutely no sense that he was towering down from a great knowledgeable height. I felt he respected my views while making a case for his course of treatment. I felt I had enough time and was informed enough to make considered decisions about my treatment and give my answers. He is clearly very knowledgeable about ADHD and I think passionate too. I am so greatful to him for seeing beyond a label I had been given to considering my history very carefully including my subjective experience. I think he is a good choice for most people to see but I would particularly recommend him to people who feel very nervous or may have had previous diagnosis that they felt didn't fit them.
