I recently had a phone meeting with Dr Mashru as I had been referred to Psychiatry UK by my GP. He had the immediate effect of reassuring me, as I have no experience of dealing with someone within his area of expertise. He asked pertinent questions about my experiences and background and allowed me to "rattle on" (my words) until I fest comfortable that I had answered the questions. I felt confident that he had understood the nature of my condition and gave me a clear roadmap of how it can be controlled. Whilst we have not yet reached the end of the process, I am confident that it will be successful.
