Dr Agrawal is always so happy to see us, polite and has a great bedside manner. He listens to what we have to say, is genuinely happy to offer advice and goes above and beyond in his help.
Nothing is too much trouble and he puts you immediately at ease with his personable nature and great sense of humour.
He is a credit to the NHS.
