What an attentive, kind and helpful guy Mr Krishnan is.
When my son had been diagnosed with a bone cyst, Mr Krishnan spent as much time as we needed explaining the condition and helping us select the best route going forward for further treatment.
In this age we live in it's a refreshing change to actually have somebody give some time to you without trying to rush you along.
