I had a certain problem about which the doctor needed to ring me up at home and I was only available at a specific time. Doctor Patel rang promptly and we had a detailed and clear conversation about the medical problem, with careful, clear, thoughtful and sensible advice. I felt my concerns were dealt with sensitively and efficiently.
