It is very unusual, & rare, nowadays to come across a doctor who looks you in the eyes and establishes some form of connection while performing the consultation.
Dr. Shawana Araf does that and it makes you feel better straight away.
You feel you are in the hands of a good doctor, not just an automated prescription provider.
I'm glad to have met her and to find out that there are exceptions in the medical world, like her!
Very positive experience.
