Dr helped with the immediate issue also gave secondary follow up plan if first medication failed to cure. Also he took time to go through a general health check and recommended a blood test. Downside was the very limited time any patient could have with the doctor and the amount of back up notes need to enter in to the system while asking questions and taking down notes. This. This is not a criticism to Dr as this is a more of a demand by the system.

I agree with your comment about challenges from the demands of the system (i.e. limited time) with entering notes into the IT system. Personally I am aware that I can often be looking at the screen (rather than the patient) more than I would ideally like. Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.

My father is chronically unwell and even though Dr Vijay is not his named doctor, he gives him the highest level of medical care and upmost respect. We cannot identify any feedback for development, because Dr Vijay exceeds expectation. Our family are blessed to have him involved in our father's care and I'm not sure how our family could ever thank him.

Thank you for your touching feedback. Happy to do anything I can do to help and we do work as a team across the practice when GPs are on leave etc. I would not be surprised if your father would give you and your family similar feedback for the care you provide him - being a carer for a loved one is a tough role and often needs a team approach too.
