This very busy GP listened and offered me clear medical advice. He tracked through my test results ensuring that I got the correct antibiotic for the weekend. He provided me follow up tests and checks thus allaying my fears about not been able to access these facilities via the under funded, overstretched NHS.

Thank you for taking the time to leave me this feedback. To be fair, I think most of the credit should go to the IT/system improvements that meant we got the test results before the weekend and I was able to contact you and send a prescription electronically to your chemist before the weekend. I think most frontline staff in the NHS do feel overstretched, so it is really nice to receive positive feedback like this to motivate us to keep going!
