I was seen by Dr. Vijay on 5th February. Although the surgery was very busy and delays naturally occur as some patients run over their allotted time, the doctor listened very carefully and attentively to my issues and although normally patients only have time to discuss one or 2 health concerns at the most.....I had 3 or 4 all of which he attended to very professionally and I left the surgery feeling very relaxed and happy that I had received a first class service from the doctor.

It really means a lot that you understand how patients might face waiting past their appointment time due to unpredictable needs of patients seen. It requires such a collaborative approach and understanding to maximise what the NHS can deliver to all. Thanks for your feedback.
