He understood the problem and explained the next steps clearly. He fully reviewed the test results even comparing them to previous results. His explanation of the test results was comprehensive and at the appropriate level. There is nothing more that he could have done. Excellent.

It is really nice to receive your feedback. I am so glad that you felt I explained the test results at the right level and in enough detail. I realise it is easy for doctors to use too much jargon or explain results in a complex manner, which can actual confuse rather than help patients. Although you felt there was nothing more I could have done in that encounter, please always feel comfortable to let me know in any future encounter whether I could explain something further if it is not clear.
