I have never come across someone in a medical / hospital environment like I did with Sanjay. I had an appointment at The London Independent Hospital on 08/09/23. Sanjay explained his role when I will be taken to the theatre from start to finish and what I will expect and reassured me that I will be ok, and was so positive! He even came to check on me before he finished his shift! And he’s not even my consultant! Wow! What an amazing man. He then listened and answered all my questions - showing politeness, kindness and empathy… and responded with true care and understanding. He is truly an asset to your organisation, to your team, to the hospital teams, and to the world. Great man! Thank you so much. Please do pass my feedback onto Sanjay
