There are no words to describe this doctors understanding, patience and kindness. He is very popular with the patients.
The way he takes time to explain things and reassure the patient and family is amazing. He never makes patients feel as though they are on a conveyor belt.
Although Dr Wong had been a colleague of mine, witnessing his 'way' with others was always lovely.
