The doctor never lifted his head to look at me, was very abrupt and rude. Wasn't interested in my problem. I had spend weeks worrying about this appointment and he just didn't seem to care. Was very intent on fat shaming me rather than telling me I'm overweight in a sensitive manner. I can't live with my problem but I really don't want to go back for a second appointment.

I attended Doctor Oliver's Clinic today at Castle Hill. The appointment was on time & Dr Oliver was very attentive to my questions. A very reassuring experience plus the fact that the NHS is still working well in spite of all the adverse publicity.
