Dr Richard Leech put my port line in and removed it today. On both occasions he discussed the treatment which allowed me to make the best decision for me. I felt comfortable with him and was delighted to see he would be removing the port line. I allowed 2 ladies from the port line suppliers to attend the removal. Not only did Richard talk to them but he also let me know what he would be doing to me, step by step. Even when I experienced pain whilst being stitched, he dealt with the situation immediately. I know at some stage my cancer will come back and I hope Richard will take care of me in the future.
